The “FREE from Pain and Stress” seminar for busy professionals incorporates body alignment, breath freedom and emotional connectedness through kinesthetic or body awareness. With Sharon’s sophisticated hands-on guidance, you will heighten your awareness so that you can easily release interfering and distracting tension.
