Coronado BridgeACGM 2017 will be held in San Diego, "America's Finest City", on June 14 - 18, 2017 at the beautiful Crowne Plaza San Diego - Mission Valley Hotel.

 

This year's theme is: "Nature Does Not Work in Parts, but as a Whole"

The Crowne Plaza Hotel is located in the Mission Valley section of the city, and offers lots of things to do!

The Committee is putting together a fantastic program that includes sunrise activities, excellent speakers, a dance party and more. Program highlights include sunrise activities and private lessons with Steven Shaw, plenary talks with Ted Dimon and Stephen Parker on the emerging field of psychophysical education and integrating the AT into music education respectively.

Crowne Plaza poolAccommodations will be provided by the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Bring your bathing suit; there is a heated outdoor pool. Reservations are no longer being accepted at our special ACGM rate.

Birds of a Feather Table Topics:

Birds of a Feather will take place in The Islands Restaurant at the Crowne Plaza, where you can order your own lunch and join a group chat. We will have 4 topic tables this year on Friday: 

  • Teacher Competency Assessment – with Carol Boggs & Ann Rodiger, discussion facilitators
  • "Though this be madness, yet there is method in't: Teaching the Alexander Technigue in groups, private lessons and university programs" (CATPA) - with Kelley Schoger, discussion facilitator
  • Teaching the Principles - with Pamela Blanc, discussion facilitator
  • Training Standards and Course Requirements - with the TSCRC facilitating
