Anatomy of the Moving Body: A Basic Course in Bones, Muscles and Joints
Theodore Dimon Jr.
This 31 lesson course was written for the author’s teacher training course. The purpose is to present a basic text covering all the muscles, bones, and joints relating to movement. The writing style is conversational and the vocabulary is kept as non-technical as possible. Although the Technique is not introduced, issues related to the Technique, such as “forward and up,” are mentioned. The b/w pencil drawings are kept simple; there are only a few muscles shown on each drawing. Index.
