Ann Rodiger is the founder and director of the Balance Arts Center. She has been teaching the Alexander Technique and movement for over 25 years. She is skilled in Labanotation, Laban Movement Analysis, Bartenieff Fundamentals, Yoga, meditation, and various dance techniques.
