About Carol

Carol has been teaching the Alexander Technique since 1980. With a private practice in Silver Spring, MD, she offers AT lessons to a variety of students interested in  finding ease and freedom in activity. With a particular interest in  exploring the interface of AT and Biotensegrity, Carol presented workshops at the 2011 International Congress in Lugano and will be included with an article in the Congress Proceedings. For the past several years, she has enjoyed participating as a faculty member for summer residential courses at Sweet Briar College, Viterbo University, and The University of Colorado.
