About Kathryn
Impressed by the essential nature of Alexander principals, I practice the principals daily. Certified by ACAT in 1990, I continued studies in the art of teaching with Walter Carrington, Barbara Kent, Jessica Wolf (The Art of Breathing), and others. Judith Leibowitz, a prominent NYC Alexander teacher, inspired me. I edited the book, Dare To Be Wrong, which documents her teachings. Collaborating with acting and music teachers to give an Alexander experience to students of the performing arts, I teach at Syracuse Univ, Onondaga Community Coll. In 2008, I opened a teacher training course.
