About Eve

After years as a performer hearing about the Alexander Technique, I began taking lessons with John Henes in Evanston, IL. I found the work so incredible that a year later I enrolled in the Oregon Center for the Alexander Technique. I went on to study AT for pregnancy and birth with Ilana Machover in London.  I love sharing the work with fellow performers, pregnant women, people in pain and anyone interested in improving how they function. It's so liberating to discover that we each possess the freedom to change. I also hold an M.A. in Theatre Education from Emerson College and a B.A. in Theatre Performance from Fordham University and am an Oregon Licensed Teacher.
