About Lauren
Lauren Hill originally came to study the Alexander Technique because of a history of chronic neck and back pain. Today she shares the Alexander Technique's tools of self care with her students. In addition to her private practice, Lauren presents and teaches introductory classes and workshops in the Twin Cities Metro Area. Lauren served on the AmSAT Board of Directors from 2008--2012.
