About Nadia
A flutist and certified Alexander Technique teacher, Nadia teaches the Alexander Technique privately and in small group workshops and classes in Manhattan. Her students include performing artists, individuals with pain and/or injuries, and office workers, among others.
Nadia delights in helping her students find greater clarity of thought and being, improved coordination and ease and a sense of lightness and expansion in daily living.
