Embody Wholeness with Self-Regulation and Resilience

Most of us are experiencing some traumatic distress due to the upheaval of “normal life.” Many of us also experience vicarious trauma exposure by hearing, viewing or reading about traumatic events including people getting sick or shot, losing their homes, going hungry, or dying in overwhelmed hospitals. This trauma and vicarious trauma can lead to survival-fueled reactivity. Without skills in self-regulation and resilience practices, our capacity to respond in healthy and choiceful ways is diminished.

In this 5-week interactive online class, (Mondays 1-2pm PST/4-5EST) we will practice connecting with wholeness of being, allowing the possibility of responding from presence, kindness, and compassion:

  • How to catch yourself when you’ve disconnected from your wholeness and bring yourself back to presence.
  • How to handle stressful situations in the moment without losing yourself.
  • How to breathe fully, with minimal effort and maximum efficiency, to increase alertness and health.

RSVP by email. A Zoom link will be emailed upon registration. Please come on time by logging in a few minutes in advance, and plan to stay for the full 60 minutes.

For these online classes, I work by a “Pay What It’s Worth” model * with a $50 deposit payable with Venmo (@Constance-Clare-Newman), PayPal or check. (If $50 does not work for you, paying $0 or working out a trade is also an option. We can work something out that is good for both of us!)
