In this class we will explore, through authentic movement, how we are continuously in a dance with gravity. Participants are encouraged (not required) to bring an activity to explore (writing, singing, playing an instrument, sewing, reading, using a laptop, a yoga pose) truly any activity you are curious about and we'll explore how your gravitational groove shifts as you interact with your activity. Come ready to play, explore and groove into the unknown!
