This ongoing small class is for intermediate Alexander Technique students and meets from 6:30-7:30 every Monday. Please contact instructor Lisa First regarding joining our class as we are a small group and space is limited. Group Alexander Technique classes at the Enterspace office are $20.00 a class or $18.00 if the month is paid for in advance.
