TRANSPORTATION: AIRPORT/AIRLINES

Chicago has two airports:  Chicago O'Hare (ORD) and Chicago Midway (MDW).  Both offer public and private transporation to Chicago downtown. While both are "international" you will find much more international service to/from O'Hare.  O'Hare also serves as  "hub" for many airlines, so you will find more high-frequency routes.  Bad weather of course can affect both airports but due to the larger volume of takeoff/landings at O'Hare it has been known to have longer delays when operating in inclement weather.
