Anatomy of the Moving Body was initially written by Ted Dimon to give his own Alexander students a simple, clear basic anatomy course covering all the muscles, bones and joints relating to movement. Now in its second edition, it is used by teachers and students of movement world-wide and has become a standard textbook.
