About Jennifer

My first introduction to the Alexander Technique was at University. The Course was unique, using the Technique as the primary method for training Dancers. An appreciation grew, for the simplicity of the principles and procedures and how effective they were at preventing injury, providing clarity of thought, and maintaining purpose and focus. In 2003 I became a certified teacher with IRDEAT in New York City.  I had the honor of working with many great teachers, including Troup Mathews, Christine Batten and assisting Ann Mathews on the graduate acting program at NYU's Tisch School.  I now live and work in Lebanon NH, teaching both group and individual classes.
